Through CALM EATS I aim to help those struggling with gluten and dairy sensitivities or allergies to make lifestyle changes by sharing delicious, easy to make recipes and informative articles.
I also hope to bring to the forefront the importance of healing our guts and slowing down enough to pay attention to what our body is telling us. We have a broken food system, too much stress, and a lot of health issues on our hands. As Hippocrates so wisely said thousands of years ago: “All disease begins in the gut”
If we could be mindful and intentional about our health, we wouldn’t have to wait until something went wrong in order to take action. My intention is to promote healing through food and focus on nourishment that supports optimal gut health and improves every aspect of life. I create gut-friendly recipes that are easy to make without a lot of fuss. Everything on this blog is 100% gluten and dairy-free.
In my heart I believe that we’re all meant to feel good in our bodies and with a few tweaks in our diet and lifestyle, we can.
