Ingredients At A Glance:

*vanilla extract *purple sweet potato powder *butterfly pea flower powder *maple syrup *optional: collagen peptides

Step 1. Combine tea bag along with lavender in a mug and add about 1/4 cup of water. Let steep for 5 minutes. You can steep the lavender longer and remove the tea bag if you wish.

Step 2. Add 1 cup almond milk to a small pot along with 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, butterfly pea flower, and purple sweet potato powders, collagen if using and maple syrup.

Step 3. Simmer mixture until warm. Strain lavender and tea mixture into the pot.

Step 4. If you want to froth the remaining almond milk, do so now. If you want to skip this step, just add all the milk to the pot at once.

*Frothy milk is optional but a nice touch!
