Asian Brussels Sprouts Salad with Sweet Chili Sauce

Brussels sprouts Carrots  Purple cabbage Shallot Red onion Coconut or sesame oil Salt Pepper Sweet chili sauce

Step 1. Cook shallots for 5 minutes until crispy. Remove. Cook onion for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 2. Add purple cabbage and cook for another 5. Turn off heat. Stir in sweet chili sauce and serve with the crunchy shallots
