CURRIED TUNA AND CHICKPEA SALAD
This Quick Curried Tuna and Chickpea Salad with Radicchio is a perfect way to spruce up your lunch and invite flavor into your day.
Ingredients: - Canned Tuna – Cooked or Canned Chickpeas – Curry Powder – Ground Coriander – Chopped Apple – Chopped Celery – Fresh Tarragon – Mayo – Radicchio – Salt
Step 1. Finely chop apple and celery and slice radicchio.
Step 2. Break up tuna and smash chickpeas with a fork.
Step 3. Combine remaining ingredients with tuna and chickpeas and mix well. Serve right away or refrigerate for 1-2 days.
