ABOUT THESE COOKIES  - they're gluten + dairy-free - paleo  - have 7 grams of protein - are a delicious snack - read in under 15 minutes 

INGREDIENTS:  – collagen – almond flour – coconut flour – baking soda – cardamom – coconut oil – orange zest – eggs – coconut sugar – vanilla extract – chocolate chunks

Step 1.  Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Combine eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. 

Step 2.  Mix all ingredients. 

Step 3. In a separate bowl combine coconut and almond flour, collagen, baking soda, pinch of salt, and cardamom and mix them well. 

Step 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine well with a spatula. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5. Spoon the mixture on a large parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.

Step 6. Bake for 12 minutes on the top rack. 

Let cool and enjoy! 

Store the cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
