Curried Butternut Squash Soup (Vegan, Paleo)

Ingredients: - butternut squash - sweet potato - apple - garlic - onion - thyme - ground ginger - ground turmeric - curry powder - broth
Step 1. Roast all vegetables and apple until soft and caramelized.
Step 2. Add roasted veg to heated broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3. Puree soup in a blender until you reach desired creaminess.
