Quick and Simple Adzuki Bean Hummus with Lemon Honey

- honey - runny tahini - adzuki beans  - ground coriander - ground cumin - dried oregano - garlic - salt - lemon juice - extra virgin olive oil

Step 1. Drain beans and rinse in a colander under cold water.

Step 2. Add all ingredients to the food processor aside from olive oil and water. Puree for 30 seconds, slowly drizzling in the olive oil. 

Step 3. Serve with extra olive oil, honey drizzle, and oregano if you like.
