Paleo Overnight Oatmeal (Grain-Free + Vegan)
Paleo Low-Carb Vegan Gluten, Grain + Dairy-Free
Ingredients: Chia seeds Flax seeds Walnuts Coconut flakes Plant milk of your choice Vanilla extract
Step 1. In a blender or food processor, add 2 tbsp chia seeds, flax seeds, and walnuts and finely grind.
Step 2. In a large jar, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Store overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 3. When ready to eat, you can either eat the paleo oatmeal cold or warm it up slightly. Add more milk and your favorite toppings
