This Easy 4 Ingredient Whipped Vegan Frosting takes just minutes to make, is versatile, customizable, and perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and everything in between.
Step 1. Make sure your coconut milk or cream is chilled so the liquid separates from the solid.
Using only the solid part of the milk or cream add to a bowl.
Step 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix with a handheld mixer (or use a standing mixer).
Step 3. Blend the mixture until it's frothy and smooth.
Store the whipped frosting in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
This can be made in advance.
For a chocolate version, forgo the tapioca and add 2 tbsp of raw cacao instead.
