15 Minute Salmon Cakes With Lemon Caper Mayo Made With Canned Salmon (Paleo, Keto, Dairy-Free)
Ingredients: Canned salmon Fresh dill Coconut flour Lemon Salt Pepper Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil Eggs Garlic powder Capers Dijon mustard
Step 1. Combine capers, lemon juice, dijon mustard and mayo in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Step 2. Combine drained salmon, coconut flour, eggs, dill, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest + salt and pepper and form into 6 patties.
Step 3. Preheat pan on medium heat and cook patties for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serve with lemon caper mayo.
