15 Minute Salmon Cakes With Lemon Caper Mayo
Made With Canned Salmon
(Paleo, Keto, Dairy-Free)
Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
Step 1. Combine capers, lemon juice, dijon mustard and mayo in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Step 2. Combine drained salmon, coconut flour, eggs, dill, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest + salt and pepper and form into 6 patties.
Step 3. Preheat pan on medium heat and cook patties for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve with lemon caper mayo.
