2 Minute Easy Homemade Mayo (Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian)
Ingredients: - Egg - Lemon juice - Red wine vinegar - Dijon mustard - Sea salt - Paprika - Light olive oil (or any oil you like)
Step 1. Add all ingredients to food processor aside from olive oil.
Step 2. Turn on the food processor and very slowly drizzle in the oil.
Step 3. Turn off food processor once mayo has reached consistency. The whole process should take about 2 minutes.
