5 Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Fudge (Dairy-Free)

Ingredients: – 1/4 cup honey – 1 cup smooth, runny cashew butter – 1/4 cup cacao – 2 tbsp melted coconut oil – sea salt
Step 1. Melt coconut oil in a small microwave safe dish until completely clear but not hot. About 20-30 seconds.
Step 2. Add cacao, melted coconut oil honey, cashew butter and salt to a bowl.
Step 3. Stir all ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
Step 4. Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and sprinkle with extra salt. Freeze for 1-2 hours. Cut into 18 pieces.
Step 5. Store fudge in the freezer in an airtight container or bag.
