Ingredients: Eggs Avocado Sprouts of your choice (optional) Extra virgin olive oil Salt Freshly ground pepper Optional: sriracha sauce for drizzling
Step 1. Preheat frying over medium heat. In bowl, whisk together eggs, slat and pepper.
Step 2. Add oil to the skillet and pour in egg mixture. Evenly distribute it throughout the skillet. Let cook for 2 minutes until set then flip and cook for another 1 minute until that side is set.
Step 3. To assemble, place omelette on plate, add sprouts and avocado slices and fold over in half. Serve right away. * Optional, drizzle sriracha over top.
