Best Deviled Eggs With Avocado
Ingredients: Eggs Mayo Dijon mustard Apple cider vinegar Fresh dill pickle Curry powder Pepper Paprika Avocado Salt
Step 1. Boil eggs for 13 minutes and immediately rinse them under cold water for 1 minute. This will make them easy to peel.
Step 2. Peel eggs while still warm and slice them in half. Add egg yolks to a bowl along with all ingredients aside from avocado.
Step 3. Mix all ingredients really well until you have a smooth mixture. If you want it very smooth skip the pickle and add the mix to a food processor.
Step 4. Add the deviled egg mixture to a piping bag or a plastic baggie and cut a small corner off to easily pipe mixture in egg whites.
Step 5. Fill all egg whites with mixture and top with avocado. Serve right away or refrigerate. For serving later, simply add mixture in the piping bag (refrigerate) and fill them when ready.
