Ingredients:  – Ripe avocados – Red onion – Cilantro – Lime juice (or lemon juice) – Jalapeno – Salt – Cocktail, Roma or cherry tomatoes

Step 1. Mash ripe avocados with a fork

Step 2. Add finely chopped red onion and jalapeno, tomatoes, salt and cilantro.

Step 3. Add lime juice or lemon juice.

Step 4. Mix well and add more salt if you wish.
