Step 1. Mix Shrimp with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, and if you’d like a pinch of salt. Let the mixture sit.

Step 3. Peel some of the skin off of the English cucumber while still leaving some on for extra texture. Set aside.

Step 4. Preheat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are cooked through and have a little char. Set aside.

Step 5. To assemble the cucumber appetizer, simply make a stack of cucumber, add a little guacamole, and top with shrimp. Serve right away.
