Shrimp Lime Cilantro Honey Extra virgin olive oil Salt Pepper Pineapple
Ingredients:
Step 1.
Combine all ingredients except for 1 tbsp olive oil and pineapple in either a container or bag and combine well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2.
Preheat grill on medium-low. Peel and core the pineapple and cut into slices.
Step 3.
Brush both sides with olive oil and grill for 6 minutes per side. Sprinkle pineapple with salt.
Step 4.
Add shrimp to skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice.
