How To Make Keto Cauliflower Rice

Step 1. Tear or cut all florets from the cauliflower head.
Step 2. Toss cauliflower florets in the food processor and pulse a few times until you reach rice-like consistency.
Check consistency after a few pulses.
Step 3. Preheat a medium skillet and add oil and cauliflower rice. Cook the rice for 6-7 minutes, stirring a few times.
Serve right away and store any uncooked cauliflower rice in the refrigerator.
