Keto Sausage Vegetable Stir-Fry
- Italian sweet or spicy sausage
- Red bell pepper
- Coconut aminos
- Cauliflower rice
Step 1. Cook eggs in a non-stick pan. Set aside. (Skip this step if vegan).
Step 2. Cook sausage followed by vegetables and stir regularly for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4. Lastly, add sausage, egg, cauliflower rice, cilantro and cook for an additional 10 minutes. At the last minute, add the scallions. Serve with additional fresh chopped cilantro.
