Parsley and Cilantro Smoothie
Optional: pineapple, apple or pear
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 2. If you want a juice like consistency, strain the smoothie and use a spatula to squeeze the juice from pulp.
Tip: If you want to keep the smoothie low carb, skip the fruit or add just a little.
