Ingredients: Parsley Cilantro Cucumber Fresh Ginger Celery Lemon Water Optional: Turmeric Optional: pineapple, apple or pear

Step 1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Step 2. If you want a juice like consistency, strain the smoothie and use a spatula to squeeze the juice from pulp.
