Ingredients: - unsweetened vanilla almond milk - coconut oil - ashwagandha - ground ginger - ground cinnamon - ground cloves - ground cardamom - ground nutmeg - vanilla extract - maple syrup
1. Warm almond milk in a small pot and add all the remaining ingredients.
2. Add everything to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour into a mug and serve right away.
3. Optional: If you have a frother, you can add 1/2 cup of milk to it and top the moon milk with frothy milk.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
