Spicy mayo does not have dairy, in fact, mayo is dairy free.
The good thing about making your own spicy mayo is that you can control the level of spice and adjust as needed by adding more mayo or adding more sriracha as you wish.
You can use Japanese mayo if it's available but be careful as some brands actually contain MSG and those who are sensitive, should stay away. Homemade mayo is a better option or good store bought.
